Bonds just keep falling in yield, despite the coming Fed increase next week. Something has to give somewhere. Bond markit sure doesn't seem worried about the rising rates the stock markIt is puking over.

Too much optimism in this markIt. Especially in tech. KLAC, VSEA, MSFT are all just dripping with optimistic froth today in front of thier earnings and increased cash hoards.

Here is a great example of too much optimism and froth and the euphoria surrounding this markIt of competing algorithms.

Say you want to speculate on MSFT earnings? What might that cost you for a nice 5000 share position? $123,000ish of capital. Not even close. Try $11,500ish.

May 22.5 strike Calls, 3 weeks, and 2 days til expire, $2.30
8 cents of time premium pitance.
MSFT stock $24.72 (22.5 plus 2.30 = 24.80)

Can you see the optimism?
