Pomegranates are really good for you, I understand. They have very powerful antioxidants. I have always found them pretty irritating to eat, though. The juice splatters everywhere as you are ripping the fruit apart, and stains clothing very effectively. It is fun to put them into salads of winter greens and avocado for Thanksgiving dinner, though. Very pretty and colorful. Trader Joe's has some very good pomegranate juice blends that are not too expensive and very healthful. One thing I like about Trader Joe's is that they are very quick to adapt their products to the latest nutritional information that comes out. Do they have them in Missouri?
