It is.

I guess that's the kind of tea grown in South Africa.

I guess everyone has very different ideas about what teas taste good. I hate all teas with vanilla in them, and you said you really like the vanilla one. I think the pomegranate rooibos would be really good iced in the summer.

I found some information on rooibos tea:

rooibos.com

Rooibos tea is a naturally soothing drink, sweet in taste. . .naturally caffeine free, and low in tannin.
It comes from the leaves of the Rooibos plant, which grows only in the Cedar Valley deep in the heart of South Africa.
Grownups and children have been using Rooibos tea for over 30 years for its gently enriching qualities. In the pages to follow, you will learn more about this miracle from nature.

Rooibos tea is a natural herb unique to the South African Cedarberg Mountains. During the summer months the Rooibos plants are harvested, fermented and dried in nature's laboratory. Pure mineral water, fresh mountain air and the hot African sun induces the change from verdant green to the mahogany red of Rooibos tea. Rich in many essential natural elements - to bring you a delicious elixir that you will grow to love.
