JDN, That is a lot better than we have now, but I would have preferred to select where to invest the money.

I am interested how Texas can have a different plan than the rest of the country, but the fact that they are ahead of the game doesn't surprise me at all.

You are exactly right that "IT IS OUR MONEY!! NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S!!

I still think that FDR, under pressure from Eleanor, devised this system to keep the people beholden to the democrat party.
