I'm sharing your concerns with my lawyer and asking him to pay attention to the messages you (KG4 & StocksrStocks) have been posting regarding Strat Petroleum. You appear to be quite knowledgeable about the company and thus I am certain he will find your comments insightful. Your concern for the welfare of SPRL investors is interesting.

It is a matter of time. Most of the companies that were shut down had daily averages as low as 40,000 shares. SPRL is always out there.

I am more interested in how they managed to get the 40,000,000 shares freed up.

Does anybody have any idea?
