Did Bush sue those who said he was behind 9-11 attacks? When you're a public figure you have limited rights to sue for libel. You also don't want to call attention to the creepy bozo libelers by dignifying their attacks. But I'm sure Kerry could sue and win if he really wanted to. But sue who? WHo is the shadowy money behind the smearvets? Who really organized it? Rove and DElay for sure, but they are scareful to insulate themselves and use others to do their dirty work. Like Perry who financed the Smearvets then was given a 7 million dollar contract to build Delay's foundation HQ. Or the Smearvets who bought homes from Perry. See the payoffs there. But can you prove it's a direct payoff? Not likely. Better just to investigate DElay in the public eye and take the creeps out that way. Watch DElay's cover up, blackmail and deflection campaign though, what you can see of it above the surface.
