"The American Bar Assoc say they are highly qualified" Which is why 95% of the appointees weren't filibustered. Most, if not all, even had Democratic support. However, there are 10 who had serious question about the way they have conducted themselves. Like that one who gave the talk about secular humanists being at war with people of faith. That sort of rhetoric might be fine from Ann Coulter, but not from a federal judge nominee. And what about those who beleive that Biblical law supercedes written law?
