I did sign quite some time ago. Although I think this has nothing to do with the Central gov, especially nothing to do with Hu-Wen. Hu is the first one since 1978 ever visited ShaoShan, and pay respect to Mao. And one of the first thing he did was to take the Political Bureau members to XiBaiPo and reminded them of what Mao has said and done. Plenty of local officials are now must be shaking just to mention Mao Zedong's name. Since by comparison, those local officials are nothing but scums.
