The hypocrisy... Actually, I don't think he (Rush) ever should have been prosecuted in the first place. I'm not in favor of prosecuting crimes like that for anyone, even unmitigated "a-holes" like Rush. That is the true test of morality, isn't it? When people you hate benefit from it?
