Rush never was prosecuted, he was just investigated. Point taken. Investigated then... Just don't think one's personal medical business is anyone else's business and certainly not a matter of the DA. Don't they have some real criminals to investigate? I know people who wanted him hung out to dry because he's a hypocrite. Not me. I don't want DeLay's Mom prosecuted for wrongful termination of his Dad's life support. Funny, though. Delay would want to investigate others' in their most personal and painful moments for political benefits.
