Bush purposefully (ok, it's really Rove) puts up the most noxious, incompetent, corrupt judges IN ORDER TO make sure the Dems have to fight back.

He was really worried there when 95% of his nominees got confirmed. Then he found that ridiculous twit who can't understand that if her ideology were actually law, she wouldn't be allowed to vote.

Bush had to look long and hard for that one.
