That had to be a clear case of malpractice. Cat scans and MRI's can tell if it is cancer and they should have done both before starting any treatments. Did she consult with an attorney about that after the autopsy findings?

I didn't have to pay for the autopsy, but I think it was hormone replacement therapy that killed her. Blood clots are a major side effect. Your neighbor's widow should definitely see an attorney.
