Yes, JK didn't meet the Latino members, who have almost no influence or say over what happens in Iraq anyway. And maybe they weren't there that day. So what? doesn't mean he lied.

It is very rare for any UN committee to be 100% present at the same time in New York. They travel a lot. JK did talk to the leaders. That's good enough to say he met with the council. Any court in the land would agree.

Now try again to find a real lie, something that is not true despite any variations of the meaning of the statement.

An example "We already found them!" What Bush said about WMD's in Iraq. Now that is a clear lie. No ifs, ands or buts about it.
