Exaggerating a bit for dramatic effect without changing the basic facts is not lying. Everyone does it. Everyone. George Washington did it. Lincoln did it. Bush does it all the time.

The difference is, Bush also tells some whopping lies sometimes, and is always trying to give us the false impression about things. Like his entire environmental and policy for instance. All a big lie.

But the biggest most egregious lies are left to his surrogates, and especially Karl Rove's dirty tricksters and rightwing talk radio hatchet men. The biggest liars of all are the smearvet types.
