interesting..first thought is this is a rumor so somebody can get out of a boatload of sun micro common.
second, going private will provide the cover management would need to clean house and make this a profitable investment. But the world would find out the extent of the carnage via blogs and FC.com....I would caution that why would someone leak this rumor? I have my own thoughts. Shareholders might want to think this through and act accordingly.
