Actually I got what you said-----being obnoxious and facetious on this.

In my own way I was being obnoxious also----just went through a cash out on a stock and that one came without forewarning----several weeks.

SUNW was up afterhours by a smiggin-----but not enough to make me think such a LBO is eminent.

This may be a stupid question, but why can SUNW "shrink the size of Sun by selling assets" and "investing in its stronger product areas" without going private? Thanks.
