JDN, Whatever keeps you body limber, mind active, and the juices flowing, keep on doing it. I almost let lethargy take me over, and was beginning to rot in the recliner, until late 2000. That is when I began a new life, and got active again, in every way. Even though I will be 70 in August, I am in better physical shape than I was 15 years ago, and exercise my mind at every opportunity. That last on though, is why I sometimes get embroiled in heated debates instead of the sophisticated discussions, which gets me in a bit of trouble. I'm sure that some posters on SI think I'm an ogre, but am about as dangerous as Shrek.
