JDN, First of all, any liberal has no qualms about lying to the public on any issue. Second is that they do not want SS to become more palpable to the general public. If the citizens get any control at all, the liberals lose the control they want to have, because of their bent toward socialism. The intent of the liberals, who now control the democratic party, is to obtain the total gross product of the nation, chose an elitist group of those like Hillary, and dole out the funds to whoever remains loyal to them. If we ever have to fear the Big Brother concept, it will come from the liberals. The title of liberal is deceiving because the really want total control over the citizenry. Things like welfare, food stamps, and SS, makes the citizens their sheep which they don't mind leading to the slaughter house.
