I wonder why the realtor would tell that to my mom, crazy - I really can't see how houses keep going up beyond anyones ability to pay for them. If the income density thoeries posted here are true - then my mom's old neighborhood has to collapse soon because no one in that neighborhood makes any money - they are all section 8 single moms.
