Wasn't it APF.UN that was having problems with rainfall and that impacted earnings?

I'll bet on hydrocarbons and uranium for my energy policy anyday, and so will Texas. That means Sask and AB.

Just imagine trying to wage a war when you're reliant on hydropower. "Yeah, we'll get that shock and awe up and running, just as soon as it rains in Quebec"
