It's a strange world out there. I will never forget making a sales call on a home in a expensive OC tract 10 years ago. I was met at the door by a five year old girl. I went in, set down in the living room, and waited. Nobody showed up. In the meantime, the little girl started raising her dress and coming on to me. Scared the hell out of me, and I left immediately.
