Yep.

So if you want to explore this statistical argument, why not post the RAW NUMBER of each's first term nominations... average length of time before hearings (after they are formally submitted, of course)... percentage heard in committee... percentage *not granted* hearings ...percentage approved, etc., etc.

That way, any conclusion you make would have statistical backing.
