Several times in the past few months i thought it might be appropriate to buy. But after watching the market this year, i backed off each time. Good move i guess, although i wonder if it is this lack of conviction on mine and on the part of others that have really deepened this decline. It is very hard to own our stocks and watch the bears and the oil players make money. MY hope is that the extent of this decline both in terms of time and price will lead to a stronger rally when the genius finally declare this sector to be a value play first and then a growth story.
