I agree. But there are always 2 Tier or 3rd Tier candidates among them who might end up in call center jobs for one reason or other, and be really good at it as well. The newer generation is confident, bubbling with enthusiasm, new ideas, self assured and are already making their mark. Still a far cry then people who are now in mid thirties who were a bit cautious and hesitant. They still will have to deal with corruption, beaurocracy, unclean environment etc but many expect that will also change. You might be interested in this article. news.bbc.co.uk
