The question is can the House evict Jim McDermott? If not, will they remove him from all of committee assignments, or what would the punishment be?

It is sad to see partisans who attempt to deflect the real problems of their parties politicians by demagoguing a member of another party.

I cannot imagine that even Democrats in the House would want to be associated with a man convicted of that sort of ethical lapse.
