A Note Worth Considering

Author: Jim Sinclair

In a classical sense, when you draw a down channel the lower line represents the oversold side of the channel and the upper line the overbought side of a channel.

By utilizing a set of parallels, the down or up channel can be forced on one side when you have it nailed by tops or bottoms on the other side.

In the plurality of cases the concept of overbought and oversold holds quite well.

Certainly there can be exceptions but yesterday's public pronouncement by the Aden sisters, who are quite respected apparently, does not agree with this classical yet simple concept.

If you read yesterday's review, you know exactly how I feel about gold shares of quality here.
