Republicans: incompetents.

Dow goes up, dow goes down. Consumer confidence down. Durable goods orders down. Debt up: $36,000 each.

Bush's answer: go on vacation, play with Condie, kiss the Prince, try to kill Social SEcurity and provide himself and his cronies $106 BILLION in tax cuts during wartime.
