Yes they are. The seagate st1 6GB is the drive in the i-pod (exclusively). It is also in some other mp3 players such as i-river and olympus. And seagate's capacity is completely utilized, so their inventory is very low (under 4 weeks), and they are adding capacity to several product lines.

I expect seagate to earn over $250m this q. Approx 50c/sh. And for the year, over $1b, or $2.00/sh.
