If Pamela Anderson is shown in fur and leather, there are two possibilities. First, she may be playing a role and has no choice at all over what she must wear. Second, they are fake fur and fake leather and they just look real. Pamela Anderson has a whole line of dog collars and leashes and shoes and belts and similar items for sale that look like leather but are not. I think I already posted the link to her website. Perhaps you could read the product descriptions and inform yourself, so we could move on and discuss something more interesting.
