ok, so you tell me why every socialist program has or is failing... Even you socialist admit USSR failed due to economics instead of Reagan... Yeah, but it wasn't socialism or communism as Marx intended. It was another dictatorship biting the dust....like Gaddafi in Libya whom you think Bush scared into being a good boy. The truth is he's broke....plain and simple. A dictatorship combined with over-the-top spending does that to a country whether its Libya or Russia.
