ARIA filled its gap several days ago and looked like it wanted to return to wallowing in the mud, but so far it's surviving technically. The company will present some data at the ASCO meeting May 13-17, so perhaps that will do something for the share price.

The LLY suit probably won't produce anything newsworthy until end of this year at the earliest. I think that ARIA will lose most of the legal points that they put forth, but the important thing will be the points that they win.

Ken, I've been looking over CDIC. I think its a great stock but you're a little too early, unless you're talking about quick snacking. I definetly will buy this stock, in a few months.

Thanks for the word on ALAN. We'll look for news release next week. Explanation on block sales makes sense. I'm thinking that ALAN will be Ramsay's newsletter pick for May. I've got a trial subscription.

Puddle, thanks for the update on ARIA. Much appreciated when people revisit our folio picks. ARIA report due next week.
