I would rest much easier if Terri had a jury. That was a nice piece of writing. I don't often have occasion to read such good prose. Whatever has become of the essay... As for your point, I understand it. As for judges and juries, each has pros and cons. As my default, I would take a judge. That question might be a good one to put on a personality test...
