Why don't the Congressional Democrats AND the Republicans talk about their benefits??? Don't the Government workers get to chose their own vehicles for retirement funds? One would think that some enterprising MSM reporters would take a serious look at these retirement funds....

democrats are against any private accounts. this would take money away from their borrowing from soc sec funds for other social programs. Also a threat down the road to expand soc sec to private vs federal program.

bottom line democrats do not want to lose any control over soc sec dollars.
