HK's pattern was marred by Asian Financial crisis, the leadup and the post script ... the leadup to 1997 June was massive bubble/liquidity all around Asia, unrelated to China/HK

also, the return of HK to China was a well advertised event, since 1983, to the astute

the next Taiwan election ought to be interesting
