I just got my Uni to buy me a new Apple and probably later in the year could get one at home too... :) hat end with 5 and that kind of stuff they start losing me and my respect Yes that is nonsense. I only use TA which could make statistical or economic sense to me. There is a logic to the overall traditional TA, or E-Wave patterns which is based on market behavior, though mainstream economists tend to reject it. If everyone traded according to the chart stuff that makes sense it might likely disappear :) This is the classic book on TA: amazon.com Now Gary said this market reminded him of 94 - if so and we use the past to predict the future - then in 06 in the fall we will have a rally coming out of the 05 trough if I read it correctly and this is indeed like 94. In terms of the macro situation there are a lot of similarities - we're at about the same point in the business cycle. I bought a copy of Barrons to look at - seems there is a lot of interesting stuff in there this week. David
