Bushie oil profits are all about the commissions. One reason they invaded Iraq was to put those fields into Texan hands. The normal 90% commission most Arab countries now charge has probably been replaced by the old colonial era 10% commission. So the Iraqi people get MUCH less of the revenues, big oil gets HUGE profits and we pay for everything. Also instead of gas prices going down, the oil companies gouge away. That's because their boys are in the White House, bought and paid for.

ANWR is a tragedy if it happens. Bush could save more oil than is in ANWR by just passing the Kerry-McCain CAFE standards bill which we desperately need. Instead, Bush has actively fought fuel efficiency standards.
