StocksDATsoar,

It is hard to say how they managed to get the stock freed up under an exemption so fast. It must be either under a 504, which they can't do, or by debt conversion. There was no SB-2 filed so that is ruled out.

Either way it is a crap shoot with very high risks now of being shut down. It is a matter of time.

<<One of the many many reasons that SPRL has been freefalling, nosediving, tanking are that rumors were flying around every where that SPRL did a massive 504 >>

I have heard of far more serious RUMORS then that...they are rumors, so I wont post them...each individual should do their own dd and make their own decisions based on that...not what 'rumors' people post on message boards...I know this much....my last conversation with the company, made me very suspect about several issues...things that should be public, but they will not disclose...as well as other questions that were perfectly LEGAL for them to answer, but by not doing so, raised red flags in my eyes, anyway....And again....how many Pink Sheets hit the big time, versus ones that see a nice pop, but end up almost worthless??? A very large %.....IMO, since the numbers indicate a large % of pink sheet companies are scams, due to lack of reg's, they should do away with it..if you can't meet regs to be on a big board, you should stay private..but, it will never happen,imo...to much money is fleeced by the pro's from the novices in Pink Sheet world, IMO.....
