The judge just didn't believe that a layperson wrote the docs. Kathy never brought up this notion. It was the judge's notion. I was using two different versions of word pad and then finally just printing from a pdf document so my motions didn't always look exactly the same when I finally printed them out. Kathy Knight posts and reads here which is another reason why I don't want to post my strategy or my upcoming documents. I don't need anyone giving her advice. Obviously on her own she's doing a real bad job of it. I'd like to keep it that way. I'm in the right 100% in this lawsuit but I am glad that she is pro se and doesn't know what she's doing. It makes it easier.
