"True motivations" are very difficult to establish in an objective forum or one that intends or purports to be objective, like a court room. I can't believe that Scott Peterson was motivated to kill anyone to be with that bimbo, Amber Frye. Yet, many accept that as his motivation. There is no pretense that this is an objective forum. People are motivated to join this discussion because they have axes to grind. Perspectives on "true motivations" are already formed. You are either preaching to the choir or falling on dead ears. Worse, the odds are stacked against you. Most readers disagree with your view and you merely give them a contest to view and in which to rout against you.
