One i can think of in Sacramento has a 1000 congregation almost every week. And they literally pay an inner circle to stand up in nice suits and sing in the choir. They pay for weddings because they already have the stuff and then strong arm couples to donate to the cause. (I mean preacher). The best example i can give is a guest speaker asking the congregation who is driving a 2006 automobile and the only person in the congregation that raised his hand (very sheepishly i might add) was the preacher. Sunday school is like breading a cult. Your rewarded with points and toys for bringing kids to be brainwashed. They have their system down. Systems obviously work. Mind bending techniques obviously work. It's the same thing if you go to a AMWAY convention, or any multi level marketing revival. The people at the top. A small inner circle make more money off of the marketing and the tapes, and the promotional stuff than anybody else make when they leverage their faith in to some silly products or ideas. It's sad. I don't agree with that junk and i don't support it. I will go out of my way to support the little guy with a small business who is struggling and leveraged to his ass. I figure if i can't help him, because god knows i can identify with him, if i can't help him then what am I? What kind of man am I... I dunno. Just rambling i guess.
