That's a good suggestion, John. There are many ways for people to help pay for their bills.

I do understand exactly the situation for the folks who have raised their kids, paid taxes on everything since they were 18 years old and working...and had no trust funds, or inheritances to help...

...plus paid for college for the kids because the family "were making too much money or weren't a minority to qualify for most scholarships"...

...then tried to scramble like mad to save enough for retirement in the few years left before retirement.

Plus incurred the everyday things that happen to all of us....like massive medical bills for someone in the family.

I know, because that describes our situation exactly.

That ole' story..."there ain't no free lunch"...has certainly been true here.

God helps those who help themselves is also true here.
