Bush's message was clear on the point that a Phillipps should get NOTHING from the Great Fraud.

CYBERKEN thinks a Phillipps should be compelled to pay BACK what he has already taken. EVERY DIME.

More kids will back the CYBERKEN solution than any Bush or Congressional half-measure...
