That wasn't Bush's plan Kenny. It was a Democrats plan that Bush recognized and again said lets put everything on the table.

Any plan that isn't centered around getting the lifelong deadbeats like yourself to pay back their ill-gotten SS loot will be overwhelmed by the kids your ilk has been ripping off.

Those kids will show no "sensitivity", and will laugh at anyone who suggests they should...
