Ron, "Intel has already repurchased enough shares to cover that PLUS all the shares issued for option exercise during the prior 9 years."

There is one flaw in your construction. Intel started to
grant options long before they were forced to do stock
buybacks. Therefore the "Elmer-Ron theory" is not consistent
with itself - you can't assign the "buy" value to granted
shares since there were no buy backs at the time of grants
before your 9-year period.
