I read that the head of the California Nurses Association, a union who is also running smear ads against Ah-nuld, is not a nurse herself.

Shocking. At least the head of the Swift Boat Veterans For Truth was an actual swift boat veteran. Or, at least, a veteran...

Ted, I never said the unions were innocent. However, they are an easy target.

I kind of figure that rich fat cats heading up corporations can't help themselves, or are at least "slaves" to their shareholders and free market competition.

I wonder what makes union bosses the way they are, however. Just recently, I read that the head of the California Nurses Association, a union who is also running smear ads against Ah-nuld, is not a nurse herself.

Don't you think the motivation is the about the same........plus, they usually have a personal stake......their incomes will go up as well when they are no look an officer of the union?

Of course, any comparison of the numbers between the two groups puts things into a kind of perspective........the former usually are playing with much bigger numbers than the latter.
