The anthrax terrorist was likely a US military scientist nut. The anthrax came from our stockpiles. See the in-depth Vanity Fair article on the subject from last year. But they either couldn't prove it or killed the investigation.

No idea how many Iraqi NG and Police murdered. I don't even understand why they arrest partisans when they are captured. In WWII illegal combatants were shot or those wearing the other sides uniforms were shot 100% of the time. These insurgents are found wearing police and NG uniforms. They should be shot on sight. Exclude 9/11. Anthrax done by who knows. No link to Al Quaida ever found. I get it. If you don't count 9/11 and don't count an attack if it wasn't done by AQ and don't count the tripling of terrorism in the world and you don't count Iraqi NG and police and you don't count Iraqi civilians dead and you don't count coalition forces killed then Bush is doing a darn fine job on the war on terrorism. BTW, for 2003 there were 84 US targets attacked. 34 Business 6 Diplomatic 2 Military 7 Government 35 Other But you're not counting those either. jttmab
