Of course it was premeditated... what else? She knew exactly what she was doing while going to the bus station, getting on the bus, and so on... The fact that she lied to the police in the first place was premeditated, how absurd for the DA to think otherwise? She was certainly not in any hypnotic trance, unless that's her next explanation... She should be brought to full account for her highly irresponsible actions, which cost taxpayers millions of hard earned dollars... not to mention the horrific grief her parents and close family suffered because of her incredibly selfish actions... GZ
