Robert; you cant bank on IRAQ for anything. Both sides know this. Iraq is best left out of the equation for oil. Too many opportunities to break forcasts by way of sabotage or willfull political chicanery. Iraq is best seen as climbing its seperate wall of worry, each extra barrell pumped or destroyed has more of an effect locally. In fact IRAQ's uncertainties put it into a camp of marginal producer......

Oil will continue to be a great trading commodity....there is so much disinformation thats been bought and paid for that it will take years to sort out.
