Those who won't pay we can either make pay or refuse services. That approach is more consistent with our culture. This is totally contrary to our culture. That is why I have given up on it. It's the "never-never land" of hard libertarism. Our culture is not going to leave babies out on the sidewalk in front of hospitals to prove a point. And from this kind of example, the left has proven they can escalate to make us pay under the present hodge-podge system.
