Of course Cheney was in collusion with Ken Lay. Of course George Bush watched on as the nation's #1 cheerleader and loved every minute of watching Lay and Enron give California a good screwing. After all, California needed to be punished for not voting for these criminals in November, 2000. The only reason Bush and Cheney aren't being forced to do a perp walk out of the White House is because these criminals control the DoJ.
